The Author Academy is built to help professionals work on the right problem at the right time.

Most frustration with books doesn’t come from lack of effort.It comes from applying effort in the wrong place, writing before positioning is clear, marketing before the book can do its job, or monetising a book that was never designed to create leverage.

Our work exists to prevent exactly that problem.

We do not move clients through steps or stages.

We work through a strategic framework that supports books at different points, whether they are still being decided, already written, or long past launch.

This framework focuses on three distinct decision areas:

  • Activation — supporting the book to become visible and usable after launch

  • aligning the book with how you actually work and earn

This is not about selling harder.It is about positioning the book so action becomes logical.

3. Activation

Focused Marketing Support After Launch

Finishing a book does not automatically create momentum.

Activation work focuses on:

  • clarifying how to talk about the book
  • choosing a small number of appropriate marketing actions
  • implementing those actions together
  • helping the book become visible and usable
